18% GST (If Need): Please add 18% GST along with the project amount. Bill will be Provided in the name of “BLACKANTZ CREATIVES”

Payment process: Once the works are committed, half / full payment of the committed works should be paid as advance to start / schedule the work. Once the works are completed, the balance payment (if remaining) should be settled before receiving the source.

Payment Mode: Bank Transfer / Direct Cash / Google Pay / PhonePe

Working Days and Timing:  Monday – Friday (10am – 2pm – First Half – 2pm – 3pm – Lunch Break 3pm – 6pm – Second Half)

Project Cancel / Payment Refund Procedure: Under any circumstances, if a project is cancelled or dropped before starting the work, the project amount received will be refunded. If the work has been started, the advance amount received will not be refunded. In case the customer has paid the full project amount, 50% of the value of the started work alone will be deducted and the remaining will be refunded.

Work Overdo / Brief revised after starting work: Case 1: Changing the brief after starting the work / Case 2: Customer giving multiple revisions / corrections in a work In the above 2 cases, additional charges will be applicable.

Output Format for Printing: CDR / PDF

Design rights: We hold the rights to upload / share / display / remove your product presentation image on all our social platforms and website and it is subjective to our company’s discretion.

Source file responsibility: After we provide the final files, we cannot be responsible for storing your files. You have to maintain the files in your side. In case if u want us to resend the files, the charges will be applicable depending on the backup recovery involved.

In case the files have been temporarily deleted we will not be responsible for the same and in this case even if u pay we cannot help.
